In my mind, the most important thing when it comes to such procedures is the after care. Mr Yaakov and Charles Hibbert offered the highest level of professionalism and personal care you would think of – over and above any hospital or clinic would offer. They were available 24 hours to discuss any concerns we had. Also we used to send pictures via the Whats app throughout the week to enquire on the progress and they would get back to us immediately. The procedure itself did not take much time (less than a minute) and there was minor bleeding afterwards. They constantly checked and made sure there was no bleeding in the next 12 hours. They explained everything and made us feel comfortable over the 2 week healing process.
